guys do you think this can be done with any type of special routine? or it's generic and there is nothing you can about it? thank you.
 
By looking at all the bodybuilding pro's, many of whom have this sort of "defects", and with all of their professionalism and dedication they are not able to eliminate those. So I am inclined to think that it is a matter of genetics, and there is little you can do about it. No wonder there are always pro-bodybuilders who are famous for their hands, legs, or any other particular parts of the body.
 
It is genetic. All you can do is train your biceps and stay lean for them to look the best. Hammer curls are a great way to train the peak of the biceps too.
