I'm wondering how often to workout one's arms. Seems like with relatively small muslces, they should recover quickly (?). However almost everything upper body (and a lot of lower body) works the arm's quite a bit. So if I had an "arm workout" how much longer before I can work this again? Or maybe specifically, if I do specific working of the tricepts, how long before I can do specific work for the tricepts again? (ditto for the bi's). FYI, no gear, but several years training plus plenty of food and rest. I'm assuming not to failure, but close. Also, if I did one time heavy, with few reps, and once light with many reps, could I perform the workouts closer together?
