How often should one stretch ?

I wanted to see if stretching 30 mins every day is too much or should I cut it back to just a few times a week. What do you guys think ?
 
if you are stretching correctly it can greatly benefit you. i stretch post workout.. i have a yoga routine i do and a lot of guys and gals do the same i notice.

it is a very good idea to start doing it when you are young, don't wait till you are older for problems to start happening to start
 
I try to stretch 30-40 minutes per day. More then that is even better.

ALL of us are overly tight because we are hunched over in office chairs all day
