Thanks. I'm not sure about the wide back. I do recall something about wide grip pullups being the developer of a wide back being a myth.
That wide grip actually builds the center of your back while close grip hits the far ends.
Anyone else hear of this?
Damn i never heard about that. My dad used to surf back in the day and he has a strong back, can latpulldown a ton, but doesnt neccassarily have a wide back
I think maybe wide back comes more when you train longer, kind of like upper chest and back of tris are the last things to come?
