How much can you Side Lateral Raise (dumbbells) with perfect form?

Remember PERFECT form no swinging or jerking the weight up. I can do the 20lbs with perfect form maybe the 25 if I cheat just a little.

Be honest.
 
35 tops with good form. Usually go 25,30,35. One of the least correctly done excercises I see in the gym.
 
hmmm....I rarely do them but when I do, its usually in the same range that FitnessFrk described.
 
maybe 5lbs right now..... I've really blown my shoulder out some how....early in the am or if my shoulder gets cold ... I can barely lift my arm over my head..... I can do most other lifts ok.....WTF?

side laterals are not an exercise you should shoot for strength with. works better in 12-15 rep range. trying to side lateral heavy weight is going to give you shoulder problems.
 
Im with you curling I do 25lbs 14 reps perfect form, and my last set I try to do as many as I can and quite a bit.:)
