Whats up guys I've been doing Cardio everyday. For the last month I've been out of work so alot of times Ill be doing Cardio more than once usually like 2, but some days like today I'll just be damn bored so i mean I did cardio at the gym after I lifted in the morning,I than did some sprints in the afternoon and I just ran like 1 1/2 miles, Now i mean I havent had any negative affects from doing this much Cardio if anything Im getting good results.But i was just curious is there any bad that can come out of doing to much Cardio.
