    Three to six workouts per week.
    However it will depend only on you, try different variations and find your ideal frequency.

    depends on how hard you are training and what you are training

    being active daily is very important but on the other hand training shoulders 3X a week is borderline retarded. a great way to wreck your rotator cuff

    For hypertrophy, 4-6 days per week is optimal.

    Short more frequent workouts are better then less frequent marathon long workouts

    2 will help you just be healthy and maintain what you have
    3 will allow you to make some progress althoug it is not optimal
    4-5 I find is my sweet spot for results
    6 is ok for some but others will just end up overtrained
    7 is too much, you need proper rest

    There are so many factors affecting to this that it's almost impossible to tell.

    I think a good starting point it at least 3 times per week and in that case I'd recommend full body -type of routine.
