I can't seem to get out of the gym in less than an hour and a half lately. I keep up a pretty good clip in my workout, but no matter how I try to move things along, I still seem to take about an hour and a half or so to finish. Here's a sample day---quads & shoulders:

5 sets of squats
4 sets of walking lunges
3 sets of single-leg press

4 sets of Arnold press
3 sets of front raises
3 sets of full lat raises, superset with 3 sets of half lat raises

6-10 reps for everything.

I don't have my eye on the clock timing rest between sets, but I don't spend all my time yapping either.

Should I keep better track of the time between sets, or does the time seem about right?

My past training cycle kept me in the gym for less than hour. I'm about to change things up next week so it may take a bit longer.

I try to keep mine under an hour. Leg day is usually the longest. I think it was about an hour and 15 today. But that includes a really good warm-up and stretching session before I get started.

If I didn't have to take turns, I'd been in and out in about 30 mins.

If I wasn't fat and easily winded, I'd be in and out in about that time too. :(
