    How lonf do you guys take off from lifting for rest days? like 1-2 days a week or do you just go with how your body is feeling?

    depends on a lot of factor, like age and what kind of workouts you do and your general lifestyle

    if you are a fisherman or a construction worker than you probably need to take more time off unless you want chronic injuries as you get older

    My day job (all of two 12 hour shifts a week) is semi-physical. So I can lift 4x and I'm ok.

    I typically lift 3-4 days per week now. My goals have changed though and I am not looking to pack on mass anymore.
