How does my split look guys?

This is my current split, I've tried 2x body part a week in the past, 3x a week, it appears a body part once a week yields better results for me except traps, side delts and calves. Would you do anything different based on the following? Am I forgetting anything?

Monday: Back

Deadlifts - 3x5-7
Seated Row - 4x8-10
T Bar Row - 4x8-10
Lat Pulldown - 3x10-12
Weighted Back Extensions (If I don't do deads)
Shrugs - 3x10-12 (If I don't do deads)
Rear Delt Flies - 3x10-15


Tuesday: Chest/Tri's

Flat Bench - 4x8-10
Incline Bench - 4x8-10
Flies - 3x10-12
CG Bench - 3x10-12
Tricep Pressdown - 3x10-12


Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Legs/Bi's

Squats - 4x8-10
Leg Press - 4x8-10
Leg Curls - 3x10-12
Leg Extensions - 3x10-12
Calve Raises - 4x8-10
Straight BB Curl - 3x8-10
DB Hammer Curl - 3x8-10

Friday: Shoulders/Traps

Seated DB Press - 4x8-10
DB Lateral Raise - 4x8-10
DB Front Raise - 3x8-10
Rear Delt Flies - 3x10-12
BB Shrugs - 3x8-12

Sat/Sun: Rest

Every persons body is different. If this works for you and your body is able to recover quickly it looks good. Hits the compound exercises for a little bulk and more strength and isolation with high reps for hypertrophy for bulking. I personally think this all is a little overkill and my body wouldn't recover correctly. I do Madcows/BillStarr's 5x5. It hits Squats 3xWeek (Squats use the whole body), Bench 2xWeek and Rows 2xWeek, with Deadlifts and Military Press on Wednesdays. All of these use the whole body and activate every muscle. There are also some added accessory exercises unless the volume is too high. So far being only on Week 4, my chest is better developed as well as my back. Give it a read, just google Madcows 5x5. But again, if this works for you and you wont be overloading. Go for it man, post your progress lets see you get huge!
 
I am also having a similar type of schedule and its working nice for me. I can see changes after I adopted this exercise plan.
