    No. Pick something you want to achieve. Right now I want to beat everyone else on a world class feat of strength so that's what I train.

    if you a new to training start with the 101 basics.. stick to the main 5-10 lifts. compound lifts in a 5-8 rep range

    you should not be one of those guys who stands in the mirror doing curls for 30 minutes.

    I pay attention to the guys at the gym that are better than me. I make conversation and ask for advice.

    The bread and butter exercises like bb presses, rows, squats, deadlifts etc should be your core exercises. You can add other exercises in but thoseshpuld be your main focus
