how do you feel on training twice a day on the sauce?

20 minute cardio session and 8 hours later a workout?

whats your thoughts on it?
 
actually, i'm referring to a 20minutes jump rope session at home.
 
why not just do the cardio after you workout?.....I don't think it's overtraining as your not lifting twice a day but to go in for only a 20 min cardio session seems like a waste of time to me.....
 
I've been doing 60 minutes of cardio every morning, then train at night 12 hours later. Non-training days I do my 60 minutes in the morning, and another 60 minuites of cardio at night.

I FEEL GREAT!!!
 
I see. I would probly just do cardio after weights.... but since your doing it at home, I think it just comes down to personal preference.

I don't think this would be overtraining either.

what were your stats before and after?
