    I like COLD freezing showers after training, followed by hot shower to get the blood flowing again.

    i have studied this shit for years and have tried everything via trial and error and read the science. and i have come to 1 conclusion for the best thing after a workout and nobody wants to hear the truth.

    the best thing after a workout is sleep!!! yes sleep.

    problem is 90% of people reading this thread get shit sleep. if you simply improve your sleep imagine
