I've lifted a little in the past, but nothing real serious. I just started to get a serious routine going for about the last 3 weeks, and I've hit some PR that I'd thought I'd share with the board. I know the numbers are weak, but I have to start somewhere.
I have no idea of my actual 1rm on these lifts but I hit:
