Hit a couple PR lately...

I've lifted a little in the past, but nothing real serious. I just started to get a serious routine going for about the last 3 weeks, and I've hit some PR that I'd thought I'd share with the board. I know the numbers are weak, but I have to start somewhere.

I have no idea of my actual 1rm on these lifts but I hit:
Deadlift
4x4 320lbs
1x1 335
I felt strong on these...

Squat (atf)
1x8 135
1x6 195
1x4 225
1x2 245
1x1 275
1x1 285

...3 weeks in. I can't wait for more :garza:
 
Hey bro nice work dont get down on yourself..remember your in the gym training thats what counts..give yourself the time and im sure your lifts will keep getting better!!!!
