HIT for beginners?

Needhelp, your jumping from system to system. Why not keep it simple

3 times a week, whole body, basic compound moves, when you plateau take 2 weeks off and then repeat

it works

I currently use the principal of mussel priority. Starting with compound movements and then isolating those mussels individually.

My question, is when is one not considered a beginner any more...I have not been training for long...."on off" :( for years and only sticking to it for about 6 months. should i do only compound movements?

I'm just looking @ different routines.. I'm gonna try HIT 6 months down the road or so... Definately...

Right now, i'm gonna use meltdown training which is just the big compound movements.. @ 50% max
