Hi fellow powerlifters/bodybuilders

I'm a competing classic athlete from holland.
originally i'm a powerlifter. 4 years ago i switched to bodybuilding. and now i try to mix it up a little..!

I've done it all naturally in 10 years of training.
3 years fitness/2 years powerlifting/ 4 years of bodybuilding.

I'm now in prepp for a bodybuilding competition! i will put up some photo's!

My Personal records on the top 3 are:

Bench 160 kg
Squat 180 kg
deadlift 240 kg

I have a bodyweight of 75 kg and competition weight with bodybuilding of 70 kg .. Iwill try to break the dutch record next year for my weight class!

Hey man,

well there's defenitely a difference between the 2..

Power or shape

I try to mix i up for several years and it works..:)
Off course the bodybuilder basic grows on power too but never ass much as a trained powerlifter! :qt:


In the old days bodybuilders were power lifters. Don't know why people separate them now??
