Excerpt: HELP. I NEED SOME ADVISE. I AM TRYING TO BUILD MUSCLE AND SHED FAT. I'M ALSO MEMBER OF TRI.CLUB. SO I RUN 3X WEEK SWIM 2X WEEK AND CYCLE 2-3X WEEK. MY COACH SAYS NOT TO DO SO MANY SETS. FOR EXAMPLE, 8 X 8 REPS FOR HAMSTRINGS. I DO A NUMBER OF BASIC EXERCISES(3-4)PER BODY PART. ANY ADVISE ON TRAINING??????

    Your routine sounds fine if you want muscle growth (ie 3-4 sets with 8-10 reps per bodypart)
