Heres my SHoulder Routine:
Seated Military presses( I alternate between behind the neck and to the front every week.)
4 sets 10 reps
Seated dumbell presses:
3 sets 10 reps
One arm Lateral Raises ( One arm grasping squat rack, leaning slightly )
4 sets 10 ( last set is a drop set )
Bent over lateral raises
3 sets 10 reps.
I will on occasion start w/ lateral raises to emphasize side delts and pre exhaust for presses.
I currently DO NOT do front raises. I will however alt bent over raises for uprights from time to time. Peace
