[FONT=&quot]I have just come up with new push/pull/legs split. Tell if I should add or remove exercises or change anything like the order or just any advice. Keep in mind I only have two dumbbells and a trap bar and no gym available.[/FONT]

Flat bench
Incline/decline bench(alternate days)
Military press
Skull crushers
Dips
Flys
Shrugs
PULL:
Deadlifts
Reverse flys
Ys
Hammer curls
Isolation curls
Reverse curls
Forearm twist
Wrist curls
LEGS:
Dumbbell squat/wall sit superset
Calf raises
Running


On top of all that I’ll be putting in an work every day

Why? Do you live on a desert island?
 
you are making the same mistake a lot of guys make with this type of split

they over train shoulders and under train back. this is a mistake because you will develop problems over time.

i would chop up the bench and militaries instead on same session. and add in more back work on your pull day instead of so much bicep work. your biceps really don't need that much
 
I think this looks pretty decent if you are bound by these limitations.
