anyone have advise on what i should to to move up quicker in these two lifts
i havent lifted since i got outta school im 21 now so its been a while
i could press 190 then
and curl 130
just bought a new bench and everything and want to get more powerfull
im not gonna lie im a chubby guy
about 260 and six foot two
right now (been lifting again for a few days now) im capable of
175 lbs bench press
and 110 curl
also interested in what the best suppliments (over the counter) would be the best to help me in my journey, dont need weight gain for sure lol
