Heavy Squats = Hemorrhoids

News to me, yet it makes perfect sense...

I've been Straining heavy lately on the squats and suddenly for the first time in my life I can't sit straight since Saturday.

Someone sugguested pinching the Sphincter like holding in a fart on a date helps take the strain off the area during the squat..

Great, just great, another thing I have to try and remember while squatting, to squeeze my ringpiece at the same time. I think I'm ok though, I've been working the area hard, doing 5,000 clenches a day, and now my farts are so high pitched only dogs can hear them.
 
Just thought...this must be true for Deadlifts too. I'm never doing another heavy single again if there's a chance my ass will end up looking like the Japanese flag afterwards.
