I know this has been discussed so many times before but I want some personal opinions on this.
What do you think will build the most muscle (out of a pure hypertrophy point of view) , so no extra strength buildup , pure hypertrophy.
Training in a 4-6 , 6-8 or 8-10 rep range ?
