I know this has been discussed so many times before but I want some personal opinions on this.

What do you think will build the most muscle (out of a pure hypertrophy point of view) , so no extra strength buildup , pure hypertrophy.

Training in a 4-6 , 6-8 or 8-10 rep range ?

I'd like to hear some personal opinions bout people who've tried more then one of these.
 
I think you're oversimplifying. You also need to talk about how many sets of those reps, and how frequently (once per week, twice, more...).
 
if your going for hypertrophy, then train using all three rep ranges.....

That is ok. But I did that forever and got no gains, b/c I dicked around with the same weights for a long time. The absolute most important thing, IMO, is to progressively add weight (from workout to workout). Doing the traditional pyramid to failure might make it hard to do that.
 
I like decreasing the reps and increasing the weight over a period of 1-2 months.

So, 10->8->5->maximal training
