hand grippers and tendonitis

Bali Otto

New member
Hi everyone, I bought some hand grippers to do some work out at the office, but I started feeling some discomfort on my wrist, I wonder if those things can cause tendonitis.

I agree with @stevesmi

If you train without straps, wrist wraps, gloves etc. you will be indirectly training your hands/wrists and develop strong hands.

I have never used a hand gripper and no one has said I have a weak handshake yet..

Any exercise can cause a problem if it isn't done correctly or is done in excess. Like I recommend with everything......if it is causing you issues then stop doing it.
