Hamstring/Glute Tie-in

Excerpt: I need help in this area. My quads have come out quite well, and my glutes also respond to my training. Throughout my workout routines, I have never paid a lot of attention to Hamstrings, and I know that they are the key to packing on the inches. Anybody have the key to thick, defined Hamstrings?

    Deep squats are enough for hamstrings, but to be completely sure, do some leg curls or SLDL's (depending on wether you do conventional deads - if you do, then you'll overtrain your lower back so stick to curls).

    Only about 3 sets though, depending on how many sets of squats you have done.
