what exercises do yall do to work your hamstrings? i just can't seem to get them to where i would like them. i work legs regularly and make decent gains. i just feel like my hamstrings aren't growing like they should. i've done everything from isolation exercises to straight leg deads to try and get them to where i want them proportion wise.
it could be that i'm not training them with the proper volume (too much or too little). any help would be appreciated.
