Excerpt: Do you ever just throw your regular gym routine in the trash and do something fresh for 1 workout just to change things up for fun? I was thinking of doing this next week since I will be off for the week and canít travel. So figured lets do something cool. My plan was 100 reps of rows and chinups and on day 1, then on day 2 another gym challenge day of 100 something else.

    gym challenge days?

    Do you ever just throw your regular gym routine in the trash and do something fresh for 1 workout just to change things up for fun?     i actually think this is a smart choice. also changing up gyms and music is good too. the grind gets to be boring if you don't change it
