There are shades of Dogg Crapps philosphy in there. Not saying everything is wrong, there is a LOT in there that works and I support,but there are a few things that I necessarily find substanial or necessary.

I do advocate the :

Training method
High Protein advice
Drug suggestion
and most importantly... RECOVERY ideals. Everyone should pay attention to this.
