Growing calves and hamstrings?

What are the best exercises and frequency of workouts that will help increase the size of my calf muscles as much as possible ??
 
I have always noticed that calves need to be pounded on to grow. They carry an enormous load just walking around. Try training them everyday. I believe Arnold did a set of calf presses between every set of all other body parts. And lo and behold. He grew.

There is no one answer to your question. It depends on your genetics, your training experience and many other factors.

What would be optimal training frequency/program/rep or set range for me, it may not be for you. These things have to be individually assessed.

As always I am not going to lay out a customized training program for you but if you are interested hit me up.
