Group training environment

I’m getting back in shape but it’s been about 2 years since I last exercised. I think my gym has group hiit classes and thought this would be better than lifting alone for fat loss right?
 
It depends on your personal preference. If working with a group helps motivate you, then by all means go for it. Some people prefer to work out alone or with one or two regular partners. Find out what is best for you, and best of luck!
 
it has pros and cons.

for weight lifting purely it is best to train alone.
for endurance activities training in a group is better so you are pushed

Although I would add that weight training is great with a partner.

Whatever floats your boat. I like to workout alone and dont wamt anyone near me. Just me, my music, and the iron is all I need
