Group or individual workouts

What do you guys prefer to do? I recently started doing fitness classes and I prefer doing them because it helps me get pushed by other people.
 
Do It what pleases you more.
The idea is keeping moving your body, so... If you like group fitness class, do it.
The most effective exercise is one that you will do continuously.
 
for weight training 100% you should go solo. a workout partner will always slow you down

for cardio type things like crossfit or running, a group setting is good to push you so you can pace others

I agree with this completely.
