Good workout routine

That's one option. You can also do upper lower or push/pull/legs and so on.
There's no one way to skin a cat. Find what works for you, what you enjoy, stick to the plan and you'll see results.
It's all about consistency.

i mean there are basically 3 ways to train

1. 5X5 type compound lifting
2. full body
3. split routines

i really like new lifters to do the first one the first few years to build a strong base. then you can transition to split routines during your prime years.. and then the full body routines are good for when you get older or want to give the body a break for a period of time due to injuries or lack of time

What's your training history?

I want to get stronger should my workouts be focused on full body every day ??

No. You need rest and recovery. Try every other day and train half one and half the other.
