i was feeling run down today.. came down with a cold this morning, but decided to lift anyway..

i warmed up, felt so-so.. went like this..

45 x 6
95 x 6
135 x 6
165 x 2
185 x 1
205 x 1 (paused)
shirt on
225 x 3
255 x 2
285 x 1
305 x 1
325 x 0

even with a cold i still got it :)
 
pretty good bro one question, did you do low reps for the easy shit to warm yourself and not overdo it before 300 or just cause you didn't feel well??
 
im 160 now :)

protobe - i did low reps cause i had planned on going to a heavy single.. but also because my endurance was shot from the cold
 
oh yeah well thats what i thought. You must be in pain the next day bro (well nothing out of the ordinary) anyways is that what your split looks like for chest. or do you throw in inclined too??
