My right delt and trap was a little sore from the test prop pins, felt a little sluggish at first but I worked out the soreness by the last set on the bench and caught a crazy adrenaline rush and felt great on the bbl rows, through a couple sets of Pullups in but my delt/trap started hurtn again so I cut those short

I think I'm focusing a little too much on hip drive on my squats and its causing me to lean forward too much....need to work on that

Nice workout man , yeah it feels like I do that sometimes too , I used to do all legs when I first started them and now I feel it's all hip drive lol, but its alot easier that way haha

outstanding that you are keeping this in line with your bench. That is what i always strive for so that i dont get those dam imbalances and shoulder issues. It rally has helped me so much to do it this way.

Yeah I'm gonna try to get a little lit in after every workout only because all I do at work is sit on my a$$, watch t.v.,play on my phone and post on here lol

And I'm gonna work on my calf raises as far as goin at nice and slow pace...its gonna burn like a bish

Also I will be cutting back the Aromasin to 1/4 tab ed because it was making me nauseous and making break out in sweats @12.5mg ed....I skipped todays dose and these symptoms seemed to fade

Yeah man the nolvadex is making me sweat bad , feels like a fever :(, arimidex I was fine but this shiz sucks lol, next time all NTBM products for me lol
