Getting sick of back squats

Excerpt: I have been doing 3x10 sets of back squats and they are getting really old quick. What other things can I do to grow my legs ? Are jump squats good with lower weights?

    Getting sick of back squats

    I have been doing 3x10 sets of back squats and they are getting really old quick. What other things can I do to grow my legs ? Are jump squats good with lower weights?

    Front squats, lunges, leg press, dead lift, leg extensions, etc.

    i never see people doing lunges or cleans in the gym and they are 2 of the best ones for the legs

    On top of what others have said, Rogue has a Rhino belt squat machine, I LOVE that damn thing! It takes all of the pressure off of my low back.
