last night i got a lil closer to my lifting goals for legs
front squats
135x10
225x10
315x1, failed on second rep
275x4
225x6
my goal by the end of the summer is to front squat 315x6, reg squat 405x6
i didnt get it, but this was my first atempt with 315, have yet to atempt 405 back squat
i just want this here as a lil kick in the ass for me
