Excerpt: i've noticed some guys online pushing this idea to 'prime body parts' the day before you plan on working them out. the example would be if you are working out chest on monday you finish out that day's workout with legs ahead of working out those same legs on tuesday and so on. does this make any sense?

    that got pushed a lot 10 years ago on forums and i've tried it myself.

    you can get in 1 or 2 sets ahead of time and experiment with that

    I don't see it being of any benefit but it won't hurt either. I would just try it and see if there are any noticeable differences.

    Makes zero sense to do. You want to start your workout fresh and the targeted bodypart fully recovered
