Gaining strength without weight gain?

I wanted to know if its possible yo just get super strong without adding weight ? I want to be strong but cant go up in weight what’s my best option here?
 
You can train for hypertrophy to minimize the volume of your muscles, however adding strength means adding muscle and muscle is heavy.

Yes it is possible to increase your strength without gaining (much) weight but the training has to be very specific in that regard.
 
yes but remember there is a reason powerlifting competitions have weight classes. the more weight you put on ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL the strong you will get

when i competed and missed weight i had to compete in a higher weight class against guys who weighed 9 pounds more than me, it was a HUGE disadvantage for me.

boxing, MMA, etc. also have weight classes.. and so do bodybuilding competitions
