gaining mass

this is difficult to say without sounding like i'm slinging shit on you, but i am yet to see anybody who lifts that, with any considerable size. set your goals and get the lifts up. the fact that i agree with the other statements RE squats and deadlifts is a given also. best of luck my friend.

Bro, am not meaning to be an ass here, but you really dont have much meat on your bones.
You really need to eat and follow what bblazer told you.
Too many times I see young guys say they cant bulk or put on mass. And most all of you are way overdoing it and not doing it right.
To build mass you do this.
Eat BIG meals.
Do the basic lifts, SQUATS, BENCH, ROWS, CHINS, DEADLIFT and MILITARY PRESS.
Eat BIG meals.
When you do all that other specialization you are just wasting your training time cuz you dont have the meat on your bones to have it matter.
Get BIG AND STRONG doing this stuff then go on to the specialized stuff.
And EAT BIG MEALS!
You do this bro and you will grow.
