Im asumming you have access to a gym, but dont want to be there long right?
This is the program.....By Steve Davis

Chins
Dips
Squats
 
right, for a total body workout in as little time as possible, you need to do power cleans because they hit most of your body(calfs, quads, hams, glutes, lats, traps,delts, triceps and forearms)

after 5 sets of 4-10 reps(depending on what you want to get from training)

then do 3 sets of dips with minimum rest between sets

then 3 sets of chin ups

and if you have time, do a few sets of crunches
