Front part of delt in pain

I have been doing compound Lifting for the past few weeks and I started having a pain it is on my left shoulder in the front delt. I can't even lay on that side and certain movements like reaching out hurt including putting on clothes. I've tried working through it and not working out for me what do you suggest here
 
I would do yoga and take time off thats the best way
 
Do not work through a shoulder injury. And by that, I mean no chest training, no back training, no arm training, and obviously no shoulder training. They all incorporate the shoulder and will further aggravate the injury. Give it time to heal and if not better, go see a doctor.
 
Welp, don’t overlook the possibility of a bicep tendon issue. Those cause the same pain and it does trail right up to the shoulder. Good news is the treatment is everything everyone does anyway, rest, ice, steroids and physical therapy.
