french presses=over head extentions?

what exactly are french presses? is that the same thing as overhead dumbell tricep extentions?

french presses are preformed w/ a bb standing up , or on an incline bench. elbows by the head. Kindof like Skulls standing up. the bb goes behind your head at the midpoint, and above your head at the end
