Forgetting how to weight train

I've been out of the gym ever since the pandemic started and just having end motivated to get back. A year ago is when I stopped. Now is the time for me to go back but before I do I wanted to get some guidance on hear from you guys. do you feel like you forgot how to weight train when you first get back or does it just come back to you like riding a bicycle
 
The best way to get back is to do the big lifts first with small weights
like bench press deadlifts squats
 
Start with lighter weights. ... Gradually increase the weight. ... Gently stretch your muscles after your workout.... Enjoy your workouts.. Dont forget about diet and nutritions ...
 
It will take you roughly 6 months to get back to where you were if you start training again. I would start slow, listen to your body, rest when needed. You will be amazed at what muscle memory will do though.
