forearm swelling

the past few days I have been dealing with a lot of forearm swelling. I may have hurt myself kicking up dumbbells that were too heavy while doing chest work but even before that I was getting issues with golfers elbow and inflammation around the elbow. It is effecting my training, besides stopping everything what can I do?
 
You should stretch more and do more yoga work on the arms
 
You said it, you need to stop. I know you don't want to but you will just make it worse. Never train through pain and learn to listen to your body.
