    I had a shoulder surgery and will be out sometime. Would it be recommended to be lifting a lot of legs during this time ?

    Can you train? Yes. But make sure to listen to the doc too.

    Sure thing. I'm nursing a right shoulder injury myself, and using the extra time to hit legs even harder while I heal.

    I've also got a jacked up shoulder. Rehab has had me do stuff with resistance bands. I just switched to those full time for upper body till it's healed better and I can resume normal routines.
