What's up guys, I'm new on the forum. Currently I'm about to start taking my first cycle of anything in regards to steroids. I'm going to be taking Halovar for the next month, a pro-hormone.
Any suggestions besides taking a PCT cycle on what I should do. Dietary wise and conditioning wise.
Currently I'm 21 years old, 215 Lbs 6'0 I've been working out for the past 6 years. I used to play football, and I'm normally an active individual. Any concerns or suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
