Excerpt: I will be starting my cycle on Monday, December 14 and will try and keep a full log. Stats: age: 22 weight (starting): 193lbs height: 5'9" bf %: 5-6% training: 5-6 days a week mostly 6 days Training history: 8 years solid but started lifting when I was ten with my dad he was a body builder. So I know my body really well and the traing and diet system I've been on is great for me.

    High rep back today everything was up about 10lbs I was impressed. I also look more vascular for sure. I am getting a litte bloated but whatever as long as I don't get gyno. (have liquidex) I have energy all the time and yet I sleep like a baby. I want to get pics posted I just have to find the time. I weighed 194.4 this morning,naked. So +4lbs. The diet was good today. I am alreay getting told that I look bigger, but I think it's just that's because my muscles are more full.

    Heavy chest and calves...I don't what to say except I love testosterone. Strength is definitely coming. It's like I have a crazy body high all the time. All the exersizes I did today were up

    Inc db press +10 same reps
    dec db press (to chin to hit more upper chest) up 5lbs up 6 reps
    Inc fly up 10lbs same reps
    flat bench up 15lbs same reps
    cable fly standing FST-7
    seated calf up 20lbs same reps
    standing calf FST-7

    my main goal for this cycle is to bring the thickness in my upper chest which is why I do moat incline movements. Mostly, I want my shoulders wider...who doesn't? More back width, I have good thickness. Lastly, I'm working on getting more hang on my hamstrings. Everything else seems to be coming along.

    Leg workout today. Strength is climbing like I am so suprised. I feel awesome all the time. Diets good. Everything in my workout was up 20lbs. My leg press was up 50lbs. I'm up to 195.something, I weighed my self this morning naked before eating anything so I'm up 5lbs already.
    Squat +20 same rep
    leg press +50lbs 2 more reps!!!
    Walking lunges with barbell up 40lbs 5 more reps
    one leg ext up 10lbs
    lying leg curl +20 lbs same reps
    one leg curl +20 lbs same reps
    seated leg curl FST-7 up 10lbs

    Nice dude, I feel awesome as well! It is my first test E cycle and I'm loving the pumps and strength! Good luck mang I'll be checkin in often. Hopefully we can see some before and after pics?
