Finding intensity and volume of a workout

I am trying to find the intensity and volume of a workout.

I know volume (from biggt in an earlier post) = weight * sets * reps
And intensity = % of 1rm

Question is what is the best way to find the volume and intensity of a workout?

Say my bench workout is the following:
Reps - sets - weight -- %
5 ----- 1 ----- 90 ---- 40
4 ----- 2 ---- 112.5 -- 50
3 ----- 3 ----- 135 --- 60
3 ----- 5 ---- 157.5 -- 70

For volume, would I just take 5*1*90 + 4*2*112.5 + 3*3*135 + 3*5*157.5?

For intensity, would I find it as a weighted average per rep? Being… 5/33[finds percentage of reps done at this intensity out of the total reps done in the workout]*.4 + 8/33*.5 + 9/33*.6 + 15/33*.7

From my personal experience this is what my set/rep schemes look like for intensity of a given % of a 1rm. Anything less doesn’t give me the same affect and anything more seems to make no difference.

60-75% 4/5x10
76-85% 4x5/6
85-92% 6x3 then 1x10
94+ 3-5x1

Everyone is different depending on your level of training.
