fasting and working out

you want to fast ahead of a workout for maximum adrenaline

after your workout you can fast and keep the wave rolling. or you can break your fast. it completely depends on your goals and meal setup so no way to answer this except to say that broscience myth that you must get in protein right away is false. you have many many hours
 
I feel like I've read a lot that weighs in one way or the other on this. I personally do fasts for religious reasons occasionally, but that falls on a rest day. Any day I train I eat before and after for fuel and recovery personally, but like I said there are lots of people who advocate one way or the other depending on what your goals are. You can research it based around your goals.
