    Would you guys say you can get more powerfrom squatting or from deadlifts ? What do you guys think?

    I'm not really sure I understand the question. Generally, deadlift is heavier and more taxing for that reason, but they are both going to build a lot of power in different parts of the legs.

    Of course you can but the training has to be specific to improving that ability.

    Incorporate both into your training.

    Add in some light jump squats.

    For PAP then superset heavy squats with a sets of box jumps.
