    I wanted to know which exercises or movements would be recommended for strengthening the groin area? I have recently pulled it and am trying to think which things will help the area. Any thoughts I would appreciate that.

    Hip addiction machines, and deep squats should help.

    wait a second, you don't work an area where there is a pulled muscle. a pulled muscle means it is torn!

    you need to rest it and let it heal otherwise you will simply tear it more
